US student loses free speech case

You're allowed to say whatever you want...so long as it's not against the law...um...WTF?! This is boggling to the mind. Isn't it the right of the First Amendment to say what you wish, to rebel against an unjust law, to provoke the mind by bending the rules with words? How is one supposed to throw down an law that can be seen as archaic or non-applicable if one can't speak that which is illegal?

Trying to justify this by using a schooling system is even worse! That very institution is built to instill INNOVATIVE thinking.

Fuck it. Let's build clones/robots and get it over with. We don't need free thought, or free speech.
